Planning Officers

UNICEF is looking for Planning Officers to be responsible for the programme planning function, and overseeing of monitoring and evaluating programmes within a country programme of cooperation.
Your Profile:
• Advanced university degree in social sciences or a related field.
• Depending on the level of the position, five to ten years of progressively responsible professional work experience at the national and international levels in social development, programme management, monitoring and evaluation.
• Current knowledge of development issues, policies as well as social programming policies and procedures in international development cooperation.
• Fluency in English and another UN language (i.e. Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is required.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
